When you call Pristine, our friendly office staff will provide you with a quote and contact the agents to confirm access to the property at the time requested. For your convenience, you will receive an email containing a link for online payment and contract review.

Our average inspection lasts 3 to 4 hours. Our clients are encouraged to attend the inspection. However, they are asked not to accompany the inspector into crawlspaces, attics, or on roofs. At the end of the inspection, the inspector will review the findings with you.
